The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran tweeted in response to the incident of Iranian nationals being beaten abroad.

According to the information base of The High Council for Human Rights, the HCHR tweeted in response to the incident of Iranian nationals living abroad, being beaten on the day of the presidential election:

"Today, resident Iranians in Britain, Australia and New Zealand, who went to the polls in line with their self-determination right, were beaten despite the presence of the police. These countries and Canada, which deprived half a million Iranians of their right to participate in elections, are all led by the 'royal' office."

In the 13th presidential election in Iran, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also provided the ground for Iranians living in other countries to vote. In this context, there have been numerous reports of counter-revolutionary attacks on Iranians who had gone to the polls.

In one of these incidents, the photos of which have been viral on social media, an Iranian woman was brutally beaten in the city of Birmingham, and according to the reports, she suffered a head injury.

Similar incidents have been reported in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, all of which are former British colonies and are still in the territory of the Queen of England. Canada and Australia still have to comply with the Queen of England in electing their Prime Minister or President, and the Queen appoints them as her governors in those countries and they take over the affairs of the country.
