The present era is known by two distinct features. The first feature is the development of information technology, which caused the era to be called as the information age, and the second feature is the importance of human rights and the proliferation of violations of these rights, which raises the issue of accountability.
Many people in the world today are struggling with two deadly viruses at the same time. The first one called the “Corona Virus” has unfortunately killed millions of people around the world, and the second one, the deadly “Virus of Sanctions”, has endangered countless lives. Although the naturalness of the Corona Virus and the artificiality of the sanction virus make a significant difference between them, the result of both is a violation of the right to life.
The Iranian nation is simultaneously infected with both viruses. Despite the
numerous actions and efforts of the government in minimizing the negative effects of these two viruses on the enjoyment of human rights, the Iranian people are deprived of access to medicine and health equipment in the face of the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
While pointing to the effects of the crimes committed by the founders and perpetrators of sanctions against the Iranian nation and emphasizing the international responsibility of the direct and deputy governments, the present report will try to point out two of the promotion documents of the judiciary in protecting the rights of the Iranian people.
