The director general of Medical Equipment Department said that the strange condition made by foreign companies for selling foreign vaccine to Iran was that the vaccines be tested on Iranian people.
"The next condition of the foreign companies was that Iran would have to accept all the responsibilities resulting from the injection of the vaccine and should any side effects of the vaccine threaten the lives of the people, we would not be able to make any complaint," he added.
Considering the mentioned conditions, we did not accept the deal, the official said.
