Following the appalling video of a disabled child being tortured which went viral yesterday, the Deputy Minister of Rehabilitation Affairs to the Welfare Organization said: "in cooperation with the judicial authorities, in less than 24 hours, the Welfare Organization will managed to identify and arrest the child abuser."
Mentioning the release of a film showing the torture of a disabled child (Down syndrome), Mohammad Nafrieh said that this clip contains images of the torture of a disabled child by a person who is considered a child abuser."
Since the country's welfare organization is in charge of the rights of the disabled and the realization of their rights, it has reacted to the release of this film and the harassment of this child and has done its follow-up to identify this person, he added.
The Deputy Minister of Rehabilitation to the Welfare Organization said: "In this regard, people who have notice such incidents are asked to inform the Welfare Organization.
