In this session, the issue of how the Judiciary would pursue the crime committed by this brutal regime at both domestic and international levels was also discussed”.
Seraj stated: “We provided explanations about the courts and the prosecutor’s office that have been established, as well as the cases that have been opened to address the matter at the domestic level. At the same time, we are making efforts to ensure that the voices of these individuals are heard abroad. We will certainly raise this case in international forums as well”.
Referring to the presence of a number of the martyrs’ families at the 60th session of the Human Rights Council, he added: “In the recent HRC Session that we attended in Switzerland, representatives of three martyrs’ families were also present.
