The Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs announced the completion of a 90-page legal documentation detailing violations committed during the aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime, adding that necessary steps have been taken to initiate legal proceedings in both international and domestic forums.
Kazem Gharib Abadi, Deputy for Legal and International Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told KHAMENEI.IR: "A 90-page documentation on the legal violations committed during the aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime has been prepared."
He added, "The documentation on damages and the martyrdom of women and children has also been completed. We have conducted assessments to determine which international and bilateral bodies we can file legal complaints with."
Gharib Abadi also noted, "We have held meetings and exchanged correspondence with the Judiciary to initiate legal and judicial procedures within the country, and the Judiciary has already begun taking action."
