The Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights stated: “We believe that in the field of human rights, there should be interaction, cooperation and dialogue between countries for a better understanding of each other, and naturally, challenges and confrontations in this field will not be an acceptable solution”.
 

HCHR_ In the Joint meeting Of the Head of the Judiciary with the Ambassadors and Heads of UN Agencies in Tehran, while explaining the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its various departments, Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs stated: “The purpose of holding this meeting is to encourage the resident ambassadors and heads of offices of international organizations in Tehran to develop cooperation and judicial interactions with Iran”.

He added: “The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to cooperate with different countries in the fields of extradition of criminals, transfer of convicts and legal aid”.

Gharibabadi noted: “Our belief is that in the field of human rights, there should be interaction, cooperation and dialogue between countries for a better understanding of each other, and naturally, challenge and confrontation in this field will not be an acceptable solution”.
 

The Secretary General of the HCHR stated: “As the Islamic Republic of Iran has so far provided its experiences in the legal and judicial fields to a wide range of countries, it is ready to exchange experiences with different countries in the areas of reducing the delay of proceedings, prisons management, the reduction of the criminal population of prisons, the alternative punishments for imprisonment and the developing smart judicial systems”.
