HCHR_Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights, published a message on X social media, regarding the latest situation of Bashir Bi Azar, and wrote: "Despite its human rights gesture, the French court instead of executing justice, deprived #Bashir_Bi_Azar of his right to freedom of expression and freedom of opinion, it wants to deport him and has kept him in custody for the time being. Efforts are being made for the immediate release and pursuit of the rights of this Iranian citizen.”
