In a letter to the Attorney General of the I.R. Iran, the Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs requested to pursue the crime of the Zionist regime in the attack on the diplomatic places of our country and the martyrdom of the military counselors.
HCHR_In a part of Gharibabadi's letter to the Attorney General of the country, it is stated: “Considering that the action of the Zionist regime in attacking diplomatic places and martyring our country's military counselors in Damascus is a clear violation of international law and that the crimes committed by the accessories to the crime and those who aid and abet, this crime is considered an act against national security and interests. Therefore, according to Article 290 of the Criminal Procedure Law approved in 2013, please order the necessary follow-up and supervision for the purpose of criminal prosecution and legal action through competent domestic and foreign or international authorities”.
