Gharibabadi added: “The government's view of the people of Sistan and Baluchistan is based on the fact that the people of this region are patriots, supporters of the revolution and system, and defenders of security, for this reason, the enemies seek to create distance between the people of this province and create division.”

He pointed out that the people of Sistan and Baluchistan have never been seen as a threat, but this province is an opportunity, because they have proven themselves to the system and revolution at various times, including the imposed war, riots and criminal acts of various terrorist groups and in elections.”

The Vice-President of the Judiciary stated: “Since before the revolution, the deprivations in Sistan and Baluchistan have been so huge that no matter how hard we try, we are still far from the ideal. He added: “Development in Sistan and Baluchistan and reducing deprivations has become a concern at the macro level and we hope that this opportunity will be used well”.

He also said: "Because of the authority and power of the Islamic Republic, the enemy is thinking of hitting us at any moment, and one of the actions of the enemy has been to put the country under sanctions, which they have not succeeded in achieving their goals."

Gharibabadi continued: “Despite the extensive sanctions that have been imposed in the country, good measures have been taken for development, including in Sistan and Baluchistan, and these developments and services should not stop us, because we are still far from reaching the desired point."

He went on to discuss some measures taken in the province in different areas and evaluated the use of local forces in management jobs in the province at an appropriate level.

The Secretary-General called national unity and avoidance of ethnic and religious differences as key factors to the success of the country and disappointment of the enemies. He also praised the vigilance of the noble people of Sistan and Baluchistan.
