Deputy of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary of the Human Rights Headquarters said in the meeting to examine the legal and judicial ways of dealing with the criminal actions of the Zionist regime, that a criminal case will be established to investigate the crimes of the Zionist criminal leaders.
HCHR_The meeting to examine the legal and judicial ways to deal with the criminal actions of the Zionist regime , with the presence of the Secretary of the Human Rights Headquarters, the Secretary General of the International Conference to Support the Palestinian Intifada, the head of the Center for Lawyers and Experts of the Judiciary and a group of lawyers, jurists and prominent legal professors, at the Human Rights Headquarters was held.
Gharibabadi announced in this meeting that with the aim of prosecuting the criminal leaders of the Zionist occupying regime for committing crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide and crimes of rape and also in line with the implementation of the law against the hostile actions of this regime against peace and security approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 2019, the criminal case will be filed due to the verdict of the Attorney General of the country in the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Tehran.
The Vice President of the Judiciary for the International Affairs emphasized the necessity of confronting the impunity of the official Zionist apartheid and child-killing regime within the framework of the principle of individual criminal responsibility, and clarified that other files regarding the crimes of the leaders of this regime against the Iranian nation, such as the assassination of scientists and other actions, terrorism and sabotage will be opened.
Gharibabadi considered the follow-up of complaints filed in the courts of other countries against the Zionist regime by independent lawyers defending Palestine as another action that is being pursued by the legal community and lawyers by forming a network of lawyers in different countries.
The Secretary of the Human Rights Headquarters also emphasized the need to establish a legal documentation center for the crimes of the Israeli regime, focusing on the victims, damages, crimes and identifying the commanders ، abettors and perpetrators of the crimes by research centers, legal centers, non-governmental organizations, the media, and legal institutions in cooperation with collaborating centers and organizations in other countries.
