Forming a special legal and judicial working group to pursue crimes of the Zionist regime
Gharib Abadi announced the formation of a special judicial legal task force to follow up the crimes of the Zionist regime.
HCHR_Kazem Gharibabadi Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affair and the Secretary of the Human Rights headquarter , said on Wednesday evening at a protest gathering of lawyers and jurists, held in Palestine Square following the brutal attack on the Gaza hospital by the Zionist occupying regime that what we are witnessing today in Gaza is actually the consequence of some decades of brutal acts, aggression and occupation by the usurping Israeli regime, which resulted in more than hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were martyred and injured, and millions of people were displaced.
Gharibabadi added: The presence of the lawyers in this gathering indicates the serious determination by the legal community to pursue the crimes committed by the child-killing and apartheid Israeli regime as the Supreme Leader of the revolution said that the Zionist regime should be put in trial.
The Vice- President of the Judiciary for International Affairs announced the formation of a special judicial legal task force to follow up on the crimes of the Israeli regime and said: lawyers who are advocate of the oppressed Muslims and non-Muslims should manage to file lawsuits against the Zionist regime.
Gharibabadi encouraged the legal community and Iranian lawyers to form an international network of lawyers defending Palestine with the aim of filing lawsuits against the Zionist regime and its officials before foreign and international courts.
In the end, he said:Today, USA and the West are standing fully behind the Zionist regime We hope that Islamic countries, in spite of taking good positions so far, will not be satisfied with just issuing statements, because what the Palestinian people need today are: practical action to stop the war, sending humanitarian aid and prosecuting criminals.
