Secretary-General of the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran said: In the case of Palestine, some persons are following up the tactic of “victim- blaming” and shifting the blame to others; even though all kinds of international criminal offences, such as "war crimes", "crimes against humanity" and "genocide" have been committed by the Zionist regime.
HCHR_Posting a message in syberspace, Kazem Gharibabadi, Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs،communicated : In the silence of the so-called claimant of Human Rights, more than 6000 Palestinians have been martyred and injured. He added: Further to agression and occupation, the Zionist regime , has committed other internationally- recognized crimes such as "War crimes" , " Crime against Humanity" and" Genocide" .Some folks are pursuing the tactic of changing the place of the criminal with the victim!
