During the meeting, the two foreign ministers discussed other issues of bilateral importance.
The Iranian foreign minister referred to the miscalculation of some European countries about the recent unrests in Iran and noted that the bilateral relations should not be subject to such miscalculations.
The Belgian side, for her part, said that the channel of dialogue have to be preserved despite different viewpoints on some issues.
Lahbib stressed that dialogue between the two countries should not be overshadowed by some stands and viewpoints of a number of MPs.
