In response to a question about the latest status of Martyr Fakhrizadeh case, Ali Bagheri Kani said that following the assassination of Fakhrizadeh, an action group was formed by the order issued by the Head of Judiciary.
The Deputy of International Affairs to the Judiciary also stated that following the order issued by Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Reesi, this action group has been formed under the chairmanship of the Attorney General to investigate the case.
Currently, the action group has held several sessions to complete the trial process, he added.
