The Head of the Judiciary stated that relevant judicial authorities, including those in the Office of the Prosecutor General and the Judiciary of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, must fully utilize all their capacity and seriousness in identifying, prosecuting, and punishing all supporters and orchestrators of the recent terrorist attack on the Zahedan judiciary, in accordance with the issued directives and instructions.
on Monday (July 28), in a session of the High Council of the Judiciary, Mohseni Ejei once again expressed condolences for the martyrdom of a number of citizens, including a child, in the terrorist attack on the Zahedan judiciary.
He emphasized that judicial authorities—particularly in the Office of the Prosecutor General and the Judiciary of Sistan and Baluchestan—must diligently pursue the identification, prosecution, and punishment of all those behind and supporting the recent terrorist assault on the judiciary building.
He declared: “Undoubtedly, the roots and origins of such crimes and terrorist incidents lie in global arrogance, led by the criminal United States—America, which is the primary supporter of the indescribable crimes of the Zionists in Gaza and a key instigator and provider for various atrocities across the globe.”
The Judiciary chief also tasked the Vice President for Financial and Support Affairs of the Judiciary with taking all necessary steps to assist the families of the martyrs and the injured from the recent terrorist attack in Zahedan.
Pointing to the ongoing brutal crimes of the Zionists in Gaza, Mohseni Ejei said: “Eternal and historical shame is upon all supporters and backers of the vile and criminal Zionist regime, which has brought oppression and atrocity in Gaza to the highest possible level. Eternal disgrace is also upon those governments that, while witnessing the suffering of the people and children of Gaza, continue their commercial and financial interactions with the occupying regime, providing it with fuel, raw materials, and industrial goods. Meanwhile, international organizations, through their silence and inaction, further embolden the Zionist murderers in their crimes.”
Referring to the seven strategic obligations outlined in the Supreme Leader’s message marking the fortieth day (Arbaeen) after the martyrdom of victims of the Zionist regime’s attack, the Judiciary chief stated: “In the Supreme Leader’s message on the Arbaeen of the martyrs of the Zionist regime’s attack, seven strategic duties were mentioned, each of which must be treated as an obligatory task. One of these key duties is ‘persistence, follow-through, and delivering results in the country’s affairs.’ All of us officials must recognize that this is not merely a moral recommendation by the Leader of the Revolution—it is a binding command, a duty, and an obligation. Under no circumstances should the country’s affairs and services to the people be delayed under the pretext of excuses. Not even a moment’s hesitation in serving the people is acceptable. We must be continuously and tirelessly engaged in advancing the nation’s affairs and serving the people.”
He added: “Judicial officials, in various departments, must—based on their inherent duties and also in assisting other branches of government, particularly the executive branch—make every effort to resolve the issues and problems of the people. We must keep in mind that the enemy, in its cognitive warfare and psychological operations, is working hard to distort reality and portray our system as ineffective. We must neutralize this tactic and scheme of the enemy. The most essential response in this regard is to increase both the volume and quality of our public services. Beyond this, our people—especially during the recent imposed war—have proven, through their unity, cohesion, and support for the system, that they are deserving of the highest level of service.”
