In a speech at the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, Mohseni Ejei, the head of the judiciary, while congratulating and condoling the martyrdom of two high-ranking judges of the Supreme Court, Mr. Razini and Mr. Moghiseh, stated: We envy the state of all martyrs; may God also bless us and grant us all the honor of martyrdom.

The head of the judiciary continued by referring to the personality and management aspects of Martyr Razini and his transformational orientation in various judicial positions, saying: Martyr Razini created innovation and transformation during his judicial service in every department and authority he assumed responsibility for, and truly brought transformational orientation to the forefront in practice. During his judicial service, this honorable martyr was responsible for handling some important, sensitive, and sometimes controversial cases, which he brought to a conclusion with knowledge, tact, and patience.

The head of the judiciary said: Martyr Razini was one of the intelligent and intelligent forces of the Haqqani school and was considered a disciple of the martyrs Beheshti and Qodousi; in addition to completing his seminary courses, he also completed his university education up to the doctoral level at the University of Tehran with excellent grades and rank.

Mohseni Ejei stated: Martyr Razini did not show the slightest complacency in confronting arrogant people, oppressors, those who threatened the security of the people, and those who opposed the principle of the revolution, and he did not allow himself the slightest hesitation in implementing divine limits and laws; not being afraid of being criticized by those who criticize him in implementing the law and justice is a characteristic that should be reflected and crystallized in all our judges; along with this decisiveness and frankness, Martyr Razini also had a special spirit of bravery and chivalry, and he was very tender-hearted.

The Chief of the Judiciary said: One of the important characteristics of Martyr Razini was his creativity and initiative. During his tenure as the prosecutor of Tehran in the 1980s, this great martyr pursued some important cases with his creativity and initiative. Among these cases was the case of the explosion of the Prime Minister's Office, which had stagnated, but Martyr Razini came to the fore with his courage and resourcefulness to determine the task of this case.

The head of the judiciary stated: In 1986, Martyr Razini went to the judicial organization of the armed forces and, with the spirit of initiative and transformation that he had, he structured and systematized the organization related to the judicial affairs of the armed forces.

The head of the judiciary added: "During the time he was in charge of the Faculty of Judicial Sciences, Shahid Razini made desirable changes in the curriculum of this faculty and invited distinguished professors to teach at this faculty."

The Chief Justice continued by referring to the personality and management characteristics of Martyr Moghiseh and stated: Martyr Moghiseh was also a compassionate and forthright personality. In another part of his speech at today's meeting, the Chief Justice referred to the enemies' ongoing conspiracies and stated: Today, the enemy is seriously pursuing the creation of division within the country, so we must all be careful and vigilant that the outcome of our actions and words does not benefit the enemy. These days, the enemy is severely violating values among the youth and is constantly propagating that the resistance front has disappeared; while believers in the system and the revolution firmly believe that the victory of the truth and the triumph of the resistance front are closer than ever before. A look at the situation of the Zionist regime and the United States and their allies in the region is proof of this; before the Al-Aqsa storm, the Zionists were thinking of cleansing their ugly and criminal image and were yearning for normalization with some Arab countries, but now the most hated figure in the region and the world is the Zionists; the Zionists who committed crimes and genocide in Gaza for 15 months, but were unable to occupy this strip and did not achieve any of their sinister and evil goals in Gaza.

In another part of his speech, the Chief Justice emphasized: Today, the enemy is trying to create insecurity, and discord in our country through various means; we must pay attention to the conspiracies and plots of the enemy to create insecurity in the country and appreciate the services of the intelligence and security forces; These selfless forces work day and night to thwart the enemy's plots, so the efforts, services, and sacrifices of the intelligence and security forces should not be forgotten due to the problems that arise.
