Gharibabadi, who has traveled to Uzbekistan to participate in the 19th Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit, met the Head of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan and the Chairman of this Conference.
 

HCHR_Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary General of the High Council for Human Rights, who has traveled to Tashkent, Uzbekistan on behalf of Hojatul Islam Walmuslimin Mohseni Azhei, the Head of the Judiciary of the I.R. of Iran, to participate in the 19th Meeting of Heads of Judiciary Systems of Member Countries to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, met and talked with Bakhtiyar Islamov, the Head of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan and the Chairman of the Conference.

At the beginning of this meeting, the Uzbek party offered condolences to the Iranian delegation for the tragic martyrdom of Ayatollah Dr. Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and his companions.



In this meeting, Gharibabadi also referred to the messages of condolence from various officials of Uzbekistan and the presence of the president and a number of ministers of this country at the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tashkent, as well as the visit of the Head of the Parliament and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to Iran to pay respects to the late president of the I.R. of Iran and their martyr companions, stated: “Ayatollah Dr. Raisi and Dr. Amir Abdullahian attached special importance to the development of relations with Iran's neighbors and countries in the peripheral regions, as well as the development and strengthening of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization”.

In this meeting, which was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, the parties discussed the future directions for the expansion of practical cooperation between the judicial systems of the two countries, as well as the further development of relations.



Hojjat al-Islam Walmuslimin Sadeghi, the Head of the Judiciary Dispute Resolution Center, Eskandari, the Ambassador of Iran to Uzbekistan, Kiai, Iran's National Coordinator in the Shanghai Organization, and Rashidi, Assistant Prosecutor of the Supreme Court and the Director General of International Judicial Legal Cooperation of the Judiciary, were also present in this meeting.

It should be mentioned that before the beginning of this meeting, some verses of the holy Qur’an were recited for the peace of the souls of the recent martyrs.
