  • The Meeting of the Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs with the Representative of the Legal Guardian in Golestan Province

The Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary-General of the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran met with the representative of Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist (Vilayat-e-Faqih) in Golestan province.
 

HCHR_In this meeting, Ayatollah Nourmofidi appreciated the efforts of the Judiciary and the General Justice of the Golestan Province and stated: “With the follow-up of the judicial system in Golestan, the legal obstacles of large projects such as Petrochemical Complex, Ashurade Island, Water Swimming pool of Gonbadkavos and Zarin Gol Commercial Complex which had been left for years, have been completed.”

In this meeting, Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and the Secretary-General of the HCHR, explained the actions of the Judiciary at the domestic and international levels to follow up on the assassination of General Soleimani and noted: “All the legal formalities of the assassination of General Soleimani has been completed, the case has entered the judicial process phase and the first court session will be held early next year.”

Haider Asiyabi, Chief Justice of Golestan Province, explained some of the actions of the General Justice of the Province in completing important and multi-complaint cases and said: “We are paying serious attention to solving the legal obstacles of important cases, and as a result of our round-the-clock efforts, most of the multi-complaint cases of the province have reached the desired end.
