Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, on Sunday pardoned and commuted 3,458 Iranian prisoners.
The leader’s order to pardon and commute the prisoners comes on the eve of the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Imam Sadeq (AS), the sixth Shia Imam, upon a proposal by the Judiciary Chief Hojjatoleslam Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei.
