According to the Sistan and Baluchestan Judiciary Public Relations, this morning, the sentences of three criminals in Khash and Saravan areas in Sistan and Baluchestan province, two of whom were named "Hassan Dehvari" and "Elias Qalandarzehi" for terrorist acts and one of them, Omid Mahmoudzehi, who had been convicted of atrocities and murder, were executed after legal proceedings.
The legal proceedings of the case of the two terrorists have lasted since 1993, and the criminal case of the murderer has been ongoing since 1994.
On April 7, 2014, during the operation of the general Intelligence Office in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, the defendants "Hassan Dehvari" and "Elias Qalandarzehi" were arrested and some explosives including bombs, grenades, and ammunition, including an explosive device were discovered with them.
According to the case file, during the past three years, "Hassan Dehvari" has been planning to kidnap citizens, bombing the area in front of the first square of Saravan city governorate, place bombs on the way from Saravan to Hoshk, place bombs on Hamzeh street in Saravan and also place bombs on the way from Saravan to Aspich village. He has also committed the transfer of hostages between the cities of Khash and Saravan and the wall of the Kuhak border and delivered them to members of a terrorist group. Murdering law enforcement and security officers, participation in the martyrdom of three Aspich village police station personnel and the explosion of a police station car etc. are of the crimes he has committed.
According to the case file, "Elias Qalandarzehi" committed terrorist and criminal acts such as throwing grenades at residential houses in Saravan city, throwing hand grenades near Saravan city governor's office, detonating a police car with a roadside bomb in Dezak, participating in the explosion of electricity pylons in Saravan border wall, unsuccessful attack and firing on ambushes in the border wall, participation in the attack on Askan border checkpoint and participation in the attack on 161 border checkpoint. He also had murdered two citizens named "Ahmad Dehvari" and “Reza Arbabi " and participated in the execution of "martyred Danaeefar "and filmed the execution ceremony and fired two Kalashnikov bullets at his body.
"Omid Mahmoudzehi" known as Omidak had participated in armed kidnapping and in intentional injuring of Majni (cutting off 95% of his ear). He had also participated in the robbery of several jewelry shops and accomplice in armed robberies of several houses, shops and gas stations. Two cases of complicity in the deliberate killing of citizens by shooting with an unlicensed firearm, participation in the shooting resulted in the injury of several citizens, carrying and storing Kalashnikov ammunition are of the crimes he has committed.
