Since last week, substitute punishments have been executed instead of seizing bikers’ motorcycles, traffic police chief announced.
A biker who commits motorcycle offences for five times, will have to put on police outfit and provide traffic police services for two to twelve hours, he said.
Anyone who is not willing to receive the mentioned substitute punishment would have their motorcycle seized and sent to the police garage, official added.
