UN said last week's attacks by the US jet fighters in Helmand, Afghanistan, killed at least 27 civilians.

US Arab News website quoted the UN report on Saturday as saying that many civilians, especially women and children, lost their lives especially women and children in the US fighters attacks on Taliban positions during the past week in the province.
