During his visit to Kahrizak Nursing Home for the Disabled and the Elderly, Saeed Namaki, the Minister of Health announced the beginning of the second phase of vaccination in the country and said that in addition to the medical staff in hospitals and health centers, the elderly group was vaccinated as a vulnerable group.
"On Saturday, this process will continue in most of the country's nursing homes and about 20,000 people will be vaccinated in this phase," he added.
Namaki also said that according to the national vaccination document, first the healthcare staff, vulnerable groups and high-risk groups will receive the vaccine, then ordinary people and we hope that by the end of September 2021, most of the target groups will be vaccinated.
