Regarding the follow-up to the case of the Martyr Soleimani assasination, the Seretary of High Council for Human Rights said that two legal and judicial dimensions of this case were examined, both of which are important. In the judicial dimension, after the crime, cases were filed in both Iran and Iraq. From the beginning, there were written interactions with Iraq to exchange the information and documents required by the parties, so that the case could proceed more firmly and seriously. In Iran, these measures led to the issuance of a warrant for 46 accused persons and in Iraq, an arrest warrant was issued for Trump by the Iraqi judiciary.
"After this assassination, the Supreme Leader raised the issue of hard revenge and stated that one of the obvious manifestations of hard revenge is the expulsion of Americans from Iraq and the region. During this trip, a legal memorandum of understanding followed the legal infrastructure of hard revenge.". One aspect of the hard revenge is the physical expulsion of Americans from the region by resistance groups but the legal or software field requires that the parties reach a common understanding of the concept of security and instances of insecurity”, he added.
The human rights chief also said that the important work done during this trip was to create the infrastructure for a common understanding of the concept of insecurity - the main manifestation of which is terrorism - between Iran and Iraq by signing a memorandum. The important point is that when Iran and Iraq reach a common understanding of the concept of insecurity and work together in international forums, it means that the two sides have been able to form a healthy nucleus and cell to create regional endogenous security. There will be no foreigners who want to bring exogenous security or rental security to the region, which guarantees the interests of the foreigners themselves.
"This is a legal basis for the Resistance Front in the region, and in the next steps we can invite other countries to join this healthy core so that there would be no room for Americans in the region," he said.

Soleimani, amnesty for prisoners, transfer of convicts and extradition of criminals, bilateral cooperation in the international arena and legal and judicial pursuit of joint cases In the international forums”, Bagheri kani said.
“Regarding the foreign companies involved in the assassination of Gen. Soleimani, he said that in the meetings between the two countries, non-American factors were discussed and the Iraqi side stated that it had interacted with other countries to provide information and documents to intervene." Some of these countries provided them with information. We also have information about the involvement of non-US parties, which was supposed to be exchanged between the parties as soon as possible”, he concluded.
